Many of us are spending entire days and weeks in reactive mode – reacting to everything from requests from our colleagues and families to traffic and late-running meetings.

It’s no wonder that we often get to the end of the day and haven’t ticked one thing that we wanted to get done off our to do lists!

Add to that the supreme uncertainty of life in recent years, and it’s no wonder that the overwhelm is, well, overwhelming for many of us.

Living in reactive mode has an ENORMOUS impact on how happy we feel in our lives.

We feel demotivated.

Procrastination reigns supreme.

We feel we’re moving further away from – rather than towards – our goals.

Forgotten deadlines and tasks jump up and bite us on the bum.

We wake up in the middle of the night feeling stressed about our never-ending to do list.

We expend tonnes of unnecessary energy worrying about our overwhelm, rather than taking steps to remedy it.

Our relationships suffer as we’re stressed, angry, resentful, exhausted… or all four.

We hold ourselves back in our work as we never seem to get on the front foot with it.

It’s a distinctly average way to live, right?!

And I know this because that’s how I lived for YEARS, and years, and years…

I was perenially the woman running 5-10 minutes late for work, I had no morning routine to speak of and my To Do List was a daily braindump that did the opposite of set me up for a productive day.

When I started my first business in 2012, I realised that I needed to get myself together - fast.  If I didn’t, I’d drop critical balls in this new business and I desperately wanted it to be a success after quitting the job that I loved and committing my life savings to it.  So I started to get up a little earlier, started to do a weekly cook-up and took lots of similar small proactive steps to put myself back in the driving seat.

I set about educating myself on how I could get more organised, and that quest for learning has turned into a passion of mine.  I’ve read the books, tried the hacks, listened to the podcasts, gone to the seminars… but most importantly I’ve put the best ideas into action in my own life to figure out a recipe for organisational success.

Video Modules

 

When you sign up you’ll receive the eight video modules in your dedicated portal straightaway. In the videos, I’ll discuss that week’s topic, we’ll work through an exercise together and I’ll set you a challenge for the week ahead. NB: It's up to you if you want to work through more than one video per week or pace yourself over eight weeks.

Playbook

 

Your Playbook accompanies you throughout the program. As well as containing all the exercises you need for the video modules, it also helps you recognise your progress, and identify where improvements could be made for future modules.

Expert 1: Bridget Johns, Declutter Coach

She helps women create systems in their lives to ease the “mental load” and reduce the physical and emotional “clutter” in their homes, calendars and minds so they can move from stress, to less, and live a life of more.

WEEK ONE

Take Stock

 

This is the foundation stone for your entire success in this program, when you’ll get super clear on your priorities for the next eight weeks. We evaluate where your life is at right now and identify the areas that need some additional oomph. And off we go!

  • How transformation begins with our self talk (and how to improve it!)

WEEK TWO

Offload the crap


Having physical clutter in our lives results in our minds being cluttered, meaning we haven’t a hope of approaching our lives with clear direction and headspace! I’ll guide you through exiting the excess stuff in your life so you can start to think and act with more clarity and focus.

What you’ll learn in this module:

  • The lifecycle of clutter - and how it gradually affects us on a physical, mental and emotional level
  • Why clearing energetic space can be the key to us to finally get what we want
  • The golden rules I use to make decluttering as painless as possible

WEEK THREE

Tossing out the stones in your shoe


This week we tackle those itty-bitty tasks that have lived on your over-stretched brain for years, consuming energy that you could be channelling into wayyyyy more fun and productive things! Hello clear thinking and unleashed energy for the big stuff in your life.

What you’ll learn in this module:

  • How to identify the stones currently residing in your shoe
  • Why these stones are just a drain on our time and energy
  • My strategy for getting motivated to deal with those stones

WEEK FOUR

Plan the life YOU want to live


This week, we change tack. Now that you’ve got renewed energy, clarity and focus, I help you map out the life you want to be living.. and identify some simple ways you can make that a reality this week.

  • The process I guide my mentees through to design their lives
  • How the life you dream of may be closer than you think

WEEK FIVE

Morning routine


How we spend our mornings dictates our entire day. Together, we’ll build your perfect morning routine – and help you make it happen. I’ll share the videos, meditations and other mood-boosting, motivation-generating tricks I fall back on when I need some extra zhoosh in my mornings.

  • The three essential elements to set yourself up for a successful day ahead
  • The tiny tech shift that can help our brains ease into our day
  • How you can start to build a morning routine that’s unique to you

WEEK SIX

Evening routine


This week we focus on your evenings, and create positive evening rituals that will have you rested, calm and clear every evening – and feeling ready to sail through the next day.

  • The three essential ingredients that your evening routine should have
  • How to effectively close down your day
  • My super sleep hacks

WEEK SEVEN

Nixing procrastination


Procrastination can be an absolute b*tch, and I believe it's the number one way that we sabotage ourselves from living a happier, more successful life. With some simple ideas from me, we’ll gently get you over the hump of procrastination so you can get started on those tasks that will get you closer to your goals.

What you’ll learn in this module:

  • The most common reasons we procrastinate
  • How to navigate the fear of failure
  • The three strategies I employ to get out of a procrastination rut

WEEK EIGHT

Distractions


This week is all about either removing or coping with the various distractions that come our way, robbing us of our time and concentration. I’ll help you identify the key distractions in your life, and we’ll work together to create a plan to tackle them.
